Yesterday I went for a dental cleaning at the Famliar Dental Center. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the cleanliness was poor.
I have been getting an annual dental cleaning for several years, and this has been, by far, the worst.
It lasted 10 minutes, when in other centers it usually lasts at least half an hour. It was a very superficial cleaning, and an hour later my mouth looked the same (in other cleanings my mouth felt like it was anesthetized until the next day).
I do not recommend at all
And because I have to give one star, which is the minimum. Disgraceful treatment, they have postponed the appointment twice, reception an hour later, carrying a discount coupon they indicate that the included service is not valid with said coupon that you have to cancel it and pay 3 times the value, paying it in full at the premises. So the discount applied that happens to be for nothing? I think they do not make proper use of these promotions nor do they treat the customer well. Instead of building loyalty, it is to not return
